With two fiddles, harp and cello, as well as step dancing and singing, the double duo weave a powerfully rhythmic and textured sound.
In 2017, the musicians met in Glasgow where a dream of impacting the folk music genre was born. With captivating melodies and energetic rhythms, they invite listeners into a rich soundscape of vibrant compositions. Thoughtful, engaging and skillful. Summer 2024, Atlantic Crossing toured successfully
across Sweden performing at notable festivals
Urkult and Medeltidsveckan,
and other music venues.They were broadcasted in
Swedish National Radio P2
and reviewed in local media. They are currently planning their second tour
spring 2025 in the UK and a release of their first single early next year.
